Shipping policy

At Cool Fox Tees, we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping. That's why we aim to print and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. If you place your order on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked for our standard shipping, which typically takes 2–3 business days for delivery. We also offer Royal Mail 24 Tracked, which usually takes 1–2 business days, often arriving the next day. Both options allows you to track your shipment from start to finish.

For those in need of faster delivery, we also provide Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery for orders placed before 11 PM. Please contact us for pricing details.
